Our Story of Resilience and Growth
We founded EZ Paella with a vision to create something unique. In March 2020, we were ready to open our first location in New York, but on the same day, the city shut down due to the pandemic. Instead of giving up, we donated our supplies to first responders and reinvented ourselves. Months later, we reopened in Columbus Circle, and in less than a year, we expanded to Hell’s Kitchen. Our low-cost, simple model proved its strength, thriving even in the toughest times. In 2023, we expanded internationally, opening one EZ Paella Express and one EZ Paella & Tapas in Venezuela with Ezpana Restaurante, solidifying our global vision. Today, EZ Paella is more than a restaurant, it’s an opportunity for entrepreneurs to join a proven, thriving business.

Our Timeline
March 15 2020

Grand opening & Closing
Opening day for our first EZ Paella Express, a grab-n-go location in NYC. Just as we were set to welcome our first customers, the city shuts down due to the pandemic. Rather than giving up, we chose to donate all our supplies to frontline workers, turning a setback into a moment of support and resilience.
September 2020

Re opening
We relaunch our first EZ Paella Express at Columbus Circle, right at the entrance to Central Park. The response is incredible, and demand for our Spanish-Venezuelan flavors grows rapidly. Profitable within just two months, proving the strength of our concept.
December 2021

Hell's Kitchen NY
We expand to Hell’s Kitchen, establishing our first official EZ Paella & Tapas location. Proud to be among the highest rated restaurants in New York City, reflecting our commitment to exceptional flavors and customer experience..
Octoberr 2023

San Cristobal Venezuela
We take our vision international with the launch of Ezpaña Restaurant in Venezuela, proving the strength of our model. It quickly becomes a beloved spot for family gatherings and special events, capturing the heart of the local community.
